2.1 Aim: Leadership camps and skill development programs aim to provide students with practical training and experience in a range of leadership and other relevant skills. Some common goals of these programs include:

1. Developing self-awareness and confidence
2. Building communication and interpersonal skills
3. Fostering critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
4. Cultivating adaptability and resilience
5. Promoting team-building and leadership skills

Overall, leadership camps and skill development programs aim to equip students with the skills and experience needed to succeed in the workplace, in their personal lives, and in society more broadly.
3. Major Milestones: A large number of students are attracted to the speeches which helped them, boosted them up in building self confidence and leadership qualities.
