Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Father Jomon Thommana, Director, Christ Campus, and the dynamic guidance of Dr. Yvonne Fernandes, Principal, the FDP focused on effective mentorship and structured progress reporting as tools to foster student growth and faculty excellence.

Insightful sessions led by Mr. Bhaumik Bhatt encouraged faculty to reimagine classrooms as spaces of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
