FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

 

The Faculty Development Program (FDP) held at Christ College, Rajkot, focused on the vital theme “AI FOR MODERN EDUCATORS” at 9am to 1 pm on 2^nd June 2626, in main conference hall.

The session was led by Dr. Mahesh Jivani, Head, Department of Electronics, Saurashtra  University, Rajkot. All teaching faculty of Christ College, Christ Polytechnic Institute and Christ Institute of Management.    

 

Aim & Purpose of the Program – To make teachers aware of the AI tools to be used for enhancing effectiveness of classroom teaching.

 

The working of the AI tools like chatgpt, notebook Im, coplilot, omni,etc. were described  with examples. The basics of prompt engineering were taught how to design prompts which would get the best outcomesfrom the AI tool used. The workshop was very interactive and engaging and served to equip the teachers with modern technology.
