The Department of Commerce, Christ College, organised the official inauguration of the Commerce Association on 1st October 2026. The programme was graced by Rev. Fr. Dr. Jomon Thomanna, Rev. Fr. Jaison, and Dr. Yvonne Fernandes, Principal. The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp, followed by a prayer dance and the welcome of the dignitaries with books. A presentation showcasing the previous events and activities of the department was followed by an address by Dr. Yvonne Fernandes. Dr. Gaurav Vora, Coordinator of the Commerce Association, then announced the upcoming events and activities. The badge distribution ceremony formally introduced the student representatives of the Commerce Association and entrusted them with their respective responsibilities. This was followed by a directional address by Rev. Fr. Dr. Jomon Thomanna, who motivated and guided the students. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Pranav.
